Vinyl Siding

This coming Saturday (May 10) Negative Tom and co. will be holding a record (and other shit) swap in Oakland.  It's from 12-6 pm in a warehouse where a dude named Donnie lives.  This should be cool - N. Tom buys/sells a lot of records, and I know that Martin S. will be there selling off some of his ridiculous collection.  As you know, Challenger DJs span the scope with our musical interests - you will find me there scouring for some punk records I probably should have picked up in the first place.

Saturday, May 10th.  12 - 6 pm.  2515 San Pablo Ave, Oakland, CA  Free (also free to set up and sell records)
There will be bands playing afterwards - Warkrime, Social Circkle, Funeral Shock, more

Also, just looked at the Prank Records blog (find the link in our links on right), and came to realize that the following day is the KUSF Rock-n-Swap.  This is a Bay Area staple, and can be a great place to score solid records.  The Rock-n-Swap happens every two or three months.  I often forget about this, and it can be a bust, but overall, I think it's worth checking out.

Sunday, May 11th, 10 am - 3 pm.  $3
USF Campus near Masonic and Turk, SF.
